Research Interests & Goals:
Cheryl Buehler is a Professor of Human Development and Family Studies in the School of Health and Human Sciences at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Her primary interests focus on how family processes are associated with various aspects of adolescent well-being. These family processes include marital/co-parenting processes, parenting, and family interactions. She also studies the employment/family interface and family influences of children’s weight. She is a Fellow of the National Council of Family Relations and a recent Deputy Editor of Journal of Marriage and Family and Family Relations.
